Usage terms & conditions

I have food allergies. May I pass a message to you for some special arrangement?: We endeavor to accommodate your special requests about food allergies.
What are the features of your resort?: All guestrooms are completely independent villas with 100% natural hot springs (Na-Cl･HCO3). Also, we are the only resort offering bedrock bath in Yufuin.
How long does it take to walk from the nearest railway station to the resort?: It takes about 15 minutes. In your journey, you will be amazed by the nature with different colors in different seasons.
How much should I pay for my toddler?: We welcome kids and babies from the age of 0. The fee is JPY 3,000 (tax excluded).
Can I pay by my credit card?: We accept a range of credit cards.
